I'm going back...

to school! I'm so excited! I went to Medina Career Center this morning and got all registered and will be starting August 21st. I have been interested in dental assisting for a while now. So I went online and researched schools and I came upon Medina. And I do recall someone recommending the dental assistant course to me in the past. So I called and they said that I would need to come in and take their placement tests. So I went in the this morning and took the tests and then went to pay for registration. The guy at the desk looked at me and said that I scored so high on the tests that I might be able to get funding for the course!!! Yea God!!! And it was so God because I reeeeaaalllyyy suck at math. Even my math scores were good! It was a total sign from Him that this is the path He wants me on. And even if I'm not eligible for funding, they have a payment plan and Caleb and I have saved up for it just in case. So yeah me! I'm going back to school! So let's do the math...a $3000 dollar course that prepares you for a $30-40,000 dollar career...so worth it huh?!

Fantastic! This sounds like something at which you really can excell. It will be worth the cost.

And actually, I recently heard that the average dental assistant starts over the 50K range... maybe even 60K. I can't say that I did the research on my own, so don't quote me.

Actually seasnain I believe you're thinking of a dental hygeinist. There's actually a big difference between the two. But both of them have great dental benefits!

So, maybe after you work for a while at the assistant position, you can move on to the hygienist position (more school!) You've always had an interest in this field, haven't you? I hope it works out well all around.
