I need to vent...

OK, well apparently I was wrong when I said that the antibiotics and my own stupidness was why I kept getting sick. I'm sick again! Ugh! So it all started Saturday morning. Little cough. Little sore throat. Little stuffy nose. By Sunday morning, it was a full blown head cold. So on Monday I call off work and Caleb takes me to Bally's so I can sit in the steam room and hot tub to loosen up my chest congestion. My back is aching as well due to all the coughing. On our way home, Caleb stops by CVS to pick up some cough medicine. By the time he gets back to the car I'm screaming "Get me to the hospital now!" While he was in the pharmacy I had a coughing fit and I felt something tear in my lower back which sent me screaming. Caleb rushed me to the ER and had to put me into a wheel chair. They see my case as urgent and put me in a room right away. The doctor comes in and gives me something for my cough which makes me feel loopy and them performs an exam. Then she orders xrays. They turn out fine. She did however, tell me that where the pelvic bone and lower back bone meet is where my pain was. And that what probably happened was when my coughing fit hit me the bones shifted and pinched a nerve. Which can be VERY painful. I was also told to stay away from the chiropracter. I am feeling better. I also have a huge feeling that being at Sears Dental, going to school and trying to get my externship in is causing a lot of stress. I think that stress is keeping me sick. I'm starting to see the problem and am trying to find a solution. I've really prayed about it a lot and talked to Caleb. I am thinking of leaving Sears Dental and looking for a job in a pediatric dental office and looking for another dental office to finish my externship at. Don't quote me, I'm still pondering about it. But let's look at the scenario. I have been sick ever since I have worked there. Because of my odd hours I get paid very little and my grades at school are starting to slip. Over the past 2 weeks, we have lost a lot of patients and one customer even filed a complaint about us with the BBB. This is all due to a few of the people who work there. They don't care about their patients. And hello?? When you're leaving work crying because you're so stressed out, that right there is a sign that you shouldn't be there. So I truly believe with every fiber of my being, that I am still sick because I am still at Sears Dental. Ever since I started working there I have been sick constantly. I've never been this sick in my life. There's so many reasons why I should leave. But I'm taking it one day at a time. So, any of you know any good Bible versus that talk about sickness and healing? I should know where some are and I'm embarressed that I have to ask but I need some really good ones. Ones where I can claim victory over the illnesses and pains of my body in Jesus name! I really feel like a victory is coming soon. Stay tuned, I will keep you posted on everything.

Well Crystal it is going to take awhile for your body to gaint he antibodies it needs back. Being on antibiotics screws you up and especially when you don't take doses right..I have been there. Eating healthy and taking vitamins and lots of Vitamin C will hlep.

Also Sear Dental SUCKS! I had a HORRIBLE experience ther when I was 5, they wouldn't let my mom in with me at age 5 and whe she heard me screaming (which I was a very quiet, laidback child) She rushed in a dragged me out of there. I will NEVER go back!

Also Docotrs always tell you to stay away from Chiropractors but don't listen..who do you think know more about backs MD's or Doctors who specialize in back...hmm let me think. I am all for Chiropractors, we have an awesome one in Sandusky, I kno wit is far but he is incredible and knows soooo much. He even has worked with Arnold Swarchenegger (yeah I don't know how to spell that!)

Fell better!

I do hope that you feel better. It sounds like you have quite a lot going on.

I do want to offer you some advice... I would delete this post, and any other post that has so much personal information. Particularly posts with company names with wich you are employed. From experience, I can tell you that it is not a good idea to post so much information. You never know who will look at this.

A bad work situation can cause sickness. I went through it almost 2 years ago. As soon as I quit, I started feeling better and my head and stomach aches went away.

when Jesus walked the earth He healed ALL who were sick and oppressed by the devil (acts 10) - put that with the scripture in hebrews that says Jesus is the same yesterday, today and forever. and add in the scripture God is no respector of persons, and you realize that Jesus HEALS YOU TODAY! also, i love isaiah 54 which says that no weapon formed against you can prosper, and all that rise up against you must be condemned. this is the inheritance of the saints (read YOU) in Christ Jesus. its your inheritance that because of the cross no weapon formed against you can prosper. and believe me, sickness and lies are the enemies weapons. also isaiah 53 says that by HIS wounds we were healed. Jesus bore our sickness and disease AT THE CROSS. psalm 103 talks about this too. that the benefits package we receive in JESUS buys MORE than salvation. it buys healing and deliverance. AT THE CROSS. its ours TODAY. keep standing. how is your ear since we prayed for it? love ya......
