Lean Gourmet

So, a couple of weeks ago I decided to go on a diet (surprise, surprise). I went to the store to find healthy foods to pile into the fridge and found these microwaveable dinners called Michelina's Lean Gourmet. They are absolutely fabulous! After trying my first one, I went back and got about 10 different kinds and stuffed them into the freezer. They are all below 400 calories and 10 grams of fat. They are also a buck a piece. You can't beat that. They are very filling and full of veggies, rice and lean meats. I highly recommend them. I've also managed to find a way to control my pain during the day so I'm able to work out more and longer. The best part about this is that I've lost 4 lbs. in the last 2 weeks since eating those dinners and working out. I've also been incorporating salad mixed with spinach and very light watery dressings into my diet. That part has been a slow-go but I'll get used to it. The first week was hard, but now I'm reaping the rewards and it keeps me going. I can seriously feel a difference already. I feel great! But I do need to go shopping for new clothes. All my pants keep falling down ;).

Those really do sound good! Congrats on the weight loss. I'm really trying hard to cut back on my sugar intake.

That's great. It's so hard to find weight-loss food that tastes good . Have you read that book called, "French Women Don't Get Fat"? It's really helped me so much in controlling my weight for good. I highly recommend it. All the best!
