
Edited to add: OK, so I just did about an hour and a half of my turbo jam. I absolutely LOVE IT! I could not tear myself away from it. It incorporates everything from cardio and strength training to kick boxing and tai chi. OMG, I never thought I'd feel so incredible after a workout. I feel so energized and so strong right now. The creator of turbo jam, Chalene Johnson is incredibly motivating. It's very intense and I had to take a couple of breaks but I have a feeling that the weight is gonna drop like it's hot! Turbo jam and hip hop abs is all I need. In fact, I just might cancel my gym subscription.
