New season

I think I've entered a new season in my life with Jesus. Since I've been so sick and so depressed I've been reading a ton of Psalms. The book of Psalms has been very encouraging to me. I've been in the word and in prayer more often. I've decided not to rely on myself or doctors, not even Caleb (as much as I love him and need him). I've given it all to God. Well guess what happened last night? I woke up with a very sore throat yesterday morning with a slight fever. I'm thinking "oh no, here we go again". But then God spoke to me and said "What do you mean? Don't you know that I love you and want you to come into my healing embrace?" Come to me my child". And I did. I came to HIM. And He healed me!!! I woke up this morning with no sore throat, no fever and no fatigue! I was so happy. And I realized that when I let go and let God, He makes it happen. He reveals His love and even now I'm crying and I feel His arms around me. I feel like He's holding me right now. I've always been a believer and I've always been a "christian". But I was only a mediocre christian. I'm on fire now!!!! I am so excited to read the Bible now and spend time with Jesus when I get home. HE is the reason that I live. I've always been scared to go and minister to others and tell them "Hey, God loves you!" In my class there are two girls who have been on my heart. I gave them both 2 tickets to the One Story. I really hope they come. They both really just NEED Jesus right now. And so do many others. Time to put on my armor of rightesousness!

God is THE HEALER! I've have experienced His amazing healing in my life, too. And, Crystal, as you continue to mature as a woman, wife, and Christian, God will continue to reveal Himself to you in new ways. He never gets old or stale!!
