Recipe sharing

OK, well I really don't have a lot of recipes to share. But I do have one that I tried just a few nights ago. It's called cheesy chicken and rice casserole. It turned out real good, but I did make a few adjustments, so I'll give you what I made it with.

INGREDIENTS
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
salt and pepper to taste
2 cups cooked chicken flavored rice
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
3 slices soft white bread, cubed

DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Cook chicken, cut into bite sized pieces, and season with salt and pepper
Combine chicken, rice, and soup into a 9x13 inch baking dish and mix well
Top with cheese then with bread cubes
Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly and bread cubes are crunchy

Enjoy!
