Over the last few weeks I've been researching diets, detox programs and exercise routines. 2 days ago I started on a new diet and exercise plan. I've combined the diet I'm on with a detox program. It's called the Martha's Vineyard Detox. Basically all your allowed to eat is stuff like soup (clear like chicken noodle not creamy like broccoli cheese), tea, water, and juice. And then my diet goes something like this:
For breakfast I'll have 2 granola bars and 2 nutrigrain bars
For a snack I'll have 1 of those Nabisco 100 calorie packs
Then for lunch I'll have a lean gourmet meal
For a snack I'll have a piece of fruit or ants on a log
And for dinner I'll have a clear soup (Progresso is awesome!) and salad with lots of veggies
All the while I'm drinking tons of water, juice, and tea. No pop. No eating out.
Along with this diet I will be exercising faithfully at least 4 days a week.
However, I will allow myself 1 night a week to kick back and go a little crazy.
I'm not sure how well this will work but I'm going to give it my all. I will keep everyone posted twice a month on how it is going. Wish me luck! Lots and lots of luck.
